Returns & Refunds

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:

An Order once placed can only be canceled within one hour of placement. We do not accept cancellations after the specified time as the products are consumable in the edible foods category. They cannot be taken back once sold to a customer.
To cancel your order, please email us at feedback@homesandhills.com or WhatsApp 888434450 with your order ID, and reason for cancellation.

Returns and Refund

Once an order is confirmed, Homes and Hills will not accept return or refund requests. We do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with our products; However, In any of the below rare circumstances of products being damaged, incorrect order being delivered, or lost in transit, please take an unedited Video of the same and send it to us within 6 hours of the package received.

In case of Damaged product:

  • Homes and Hills needs to be notified of the damaged product within 24 hours from the delivery date via email at feedback@homesandhills.com or WhatsApp 888434450
  •  Include the order details, an unedited unboxing Video including the outer box image, and clear images of the damaged product.
  •  In the case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
  •  We will be happy to work with you in providing an amicable solution.
  •  Your Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and assistance will be provided.

In case of Missing product:

  • Homes and Hills needs to be notified of missing products within 24 hours from the delivery date via email at feedback@homesandhills.com or WhatsApp 888434450
  •  Include the order details, unedited unboxing Video including the outer box image, and clear images of the opened box with all items received.
  •  We will be unable to accept a refund request. But, we will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product along with your next order.
  •  Your Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and assistance will be provided.

Note:

  • Products once opened are not eligible for return except in certain scenarios mentioned above.
  •  The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods only after we confirm
  •  Homes and Hills cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue any replacement without actual receipt of the Goods.
  •  Items shipped back without adequate packing to ensure a safe return and subsequently damaged are not eligible for replacement.

All disputes are subject to Bengaluru Jurisdiction only
